outages. 44 u.s. el sabroe and richmond has 11 outages affecting 1500 customers. the napa river is in danger of over flowing its banks. there is a flood warning posted right now. the river expected to reach flood stage this afternoon. abc7 news reporter cara clapper has been in napa throwout the morning. throughout the morning. cara, you have the latest. >> good morning, carolyn, i do. the flood warning remains in affect for the napa river in nap ma and saint huh h -- saint helena. it is surging, swelling. it was not this high a few hours ago. you can see the storm debris flowing through the river, and this rain is continuing. relentless day luge hitting us in downtown napa this, month. because the soil is already so saturated the rain is expected to pus the -- to push the napa river to the flood stage. the flood level is 25.1 feet in napa, but they are projecting the water could go as high as 27 feet between 1:00 this afternoon and 6:00 this evening. as we all know, downtown napa saw the river overwhelm and over flow in 2005. thousands of acres flooded. residents were evacuated

warnings for the napa river were canceled yesterday afternoon to the relief of those nearby. some residents prepared for the worst putting sandbags around their properties. heavy rain brought the water level to three feet of going over the banks. >>> this is the russian river in guerneville over the weekend. flood warnings were cancelled. the river crested at 6 feet about an hour -- 16 feet about an hour ago. the highest recorded flood occurred in 1986 when the river reached 49 feet. >>> strong wind also caused a lot of problems. we have a broken power pole in san francisco sunset district leaving 8500 people without electricity yesterday. it was one of multiple incidents where trees or power polls brought down power lines. the latest outages show a 650 homes in the north bay without power and around 600 in the south bay as well as others. >>> rain opened up a large pothole on westbound 4 in pittsburg blamed for flattening the tires of two dozen cars yesterday. that's no fun. crews shut down the lane while they made those emergency repairs. it's now open again. >>> this is just a good remin

, but north san rafael, napa county, things are really starting to calm down. vallejo you can see the line there. bill tweety, .30. crockett, about the same, more towards rodeo, a pocket of rain near richmond. to the east bay, things are moving south, concord, walnut creek, san ramon, blackhawk, you can see 580, livermore, pleasanton, dublin, fremont getting pretty good rain as well. to the peninsula, san mateo had really heavy rain. so did woodside. it looks like it is over stanford. right there and then back to san jose and also in the santa cruz mountains. sunnyvale had heavy rain for a while. cupertino. highway 17, things are picking um. boulder creek ben lomond, things are thicking up. are picking up. you can see there's some drying taking place and things like like they've ended on the north coast. for us us, this will be the last -- for us, this will be the last rainer of the pattern and then things will go dry. tomorrow morning, i will be talking about thick fog. >> really? >> it's really mild out there and there will be areas of fog. the weekend looks good. >>> 7:58. how soon befo
